Janus has agreed to change it back to how it used to be if the majority of users prefer it that way.

There's now a poll up (until the 23rd of February) so please choose how you want Custom Titles to be structured and spread the word!

Just so you know, the custom title formatting is currently broken on mobile. Seems to be like that on iPhones and the one Android phone I tested. Hopefully you can fix that once the poll has finished.
