You can swap the pants with another pants thats possible adding another pants model also works but removing them fully will make the person look floating around xD

Hum, but if I replace the campaign pants an put a 2nd item_voltiguer_pants would the voltigeurs appears with those pants only?

Putting a second pants with an already existing pants will make them look like they have two model pants in them which would look weird. only one pants

Editing the module_troops.py and compiling it is the same as editing troops.txt directly and that's what caused spawning problems for me. I just tested it again and now instead of spawning with a bald head, the server kicks me for "cheating".

Me too, I (finally) made it and when I joined my regiment server, It said the same... Merde.

Also plan to release Austrian grenadier like in picture that does not affect the other units that wear hungarian pants. Compatible with multiplayer as it doesn't tinker with the module.

Sorry for doublepost, and this may be to much to ask but can anyone volunteer to get rid of the backpacks? I really only want britain but if you can do the other nations that would make my month

Actually, their rations were in different, simple bags worn by the side called a havresack(een broodzak(breadbag) in Dutch).
I forgot the proper name of the backpack however. I keep confusing the names :S

Traditionally, for the British at least, a haversack only had one strap and it was worn above the hip. It's where you kept your food, like a havercake for example. 

But nothing means anything anymore. It's chaos! Anarchy!
