Hi.. I have an issue with some custom skins, and I want to revert back to default. Should I just reinstall game along with dlc? Please help

You should only have to reinstall the DLC, since Warband's files wouldn't be effected.
If you're on Steam all you have to do is go to the game's properties window, then to "local files" and click "verify cache." It will detect which files have changed and redownload only them for you. If you're not on Steam, then you'll have to run the NW installer again.
