Custom music not working

My custom music is not working, I followed all the stpes in the post that teaches you how to do it and it doesn't work. I searched on other topics, but none of them gave me the answer. I set all my musics to 3 in the music.txt text file (I had to create it myself, it was not originally there) and I cant hear a thing. I changed the number at the top, nothing. I even changed the music ID, but none of it works, and since I deleted the other musics as hopes to be the solution, im sitting in front of my computer playing the game with not music whatsoever. Please help, If you have any information please post here. Im in need of helpers right now.

nvm, i fixed it, there was something wrong with my native folder (something wrong with the sounds) and there was something wrong in the music title. Finally, something wrong with my textures of my new item i created (has nothing to do with the no music thing). w00t I fixed my texture and created a bronze, steel and mithril halbered with spike on top!!!
