Curious, how long has this game been in development?

whoa, 4 years? did you start from absolute scratch, making your own engine and stuff?

4 years....thats quit long, but...when will there be an final release (if there if be 1) and how often do you guys update?

since theres only 2 people working on it, and one of them does most of the coding, it could be a while before the full potential of this beauty is realized if all the awesome suggestions that people come up with are implemented. i hear the dev is making the game moddable so other people can add on to it as well.

Yes, we started from scratch (a Direct3D sample really) and build the game engine, exporters, etc., ourselves. We don't have a deadline for finishing and we will keep developing it until the end-result meets our vision.

Love the Mount&Blade and have already had more fun with the game than I have had with most other games! Bravo!

Just wanted to add my sentiments. Excellent game!!! I absolutely love the feel of the combat. it just feels so convincing.

Once a little more depth is added to the world, more items, quests and "adventure", this could be one of my all time favorite games. I'm so happy I ran accross this.

You can be sure that I will tell all my friends.
