Ctrl+R rears the horse

Thats right, i didnt notice this earlier, somehow i fiddled with the keys and found this, quite handy for stopping. Are there any other undocumented keys in M&B?

Yeah, i've used it a few times. But always thought it was cheap and should be removed since you can stop on a dime no matter how fast you're galloping

It's some experimental relic left over from earlier times. It used to be just R.

Stopping using Ctrl R is pretty much the same as stopping by running into a tree, except there is no tree that you run into.

Option>Control and I found that ~ key enables you to see your outfit.

I use ~ frequently to check out how my new gear looks (as well as for taking screenshots). I've never used Ctrl + R though, as I find stopping like that isn't as good as merely slowing down alot, turning then speeding up.

Cntl + R is an often used tactic for me. I play with one hand and the ability to stop instantly is really helpful at times. It used to just be the 'R' key, and I'm afraid that eventually Armagan might remove it altogether.

I tend to use it to scare river pirates. It does seem a bit like the horse is totally weightless and has some kind of string to stop it.
