CTDS Errors and Script errors

i love the mod but at times its unplayaybe i have a lot of ctds the b whatever errors cant think of them now, and random script errors( somethign to do with a random quest).

Also im having trouble starting out without using the quickstart feature any suggestions

patched to version c and my comp is good enough to handle game

I have these random scripts errors too. 
They happen when some random quest starts to initialize or when I ask my companions about their stats/equipment.
What surprises me is that very few people seem to witness them since nobody ever reports them.
