cRPG problem (Ban)

Hi,
I have a problem with a cRPG mod. When today I install and run cRPG, I get kicks from every servers "You are banned from this server". I can't write about that on cRPG forums, beacuse I don't have and can't create account. Anyone know the solution of this problem?

Your cRPG forum account should be the same as your cRPG character account. Did you follow the instructions given to create a character (Make a name, join EU_1, sign in, etc.)?

Have you ever been able to play cRPG?

I know the forum account is game account, but I can't create account in game, because I always get kick. I play cRpg 5 months ago

Ban is bound to your CD-key not to your characters.
So if you get banned on one of your characters, you get banned on ALL of them.

Did you even try? In-game bans and forum bans are separate.

And like he said already... you need a cRPG character to log into the forums.

If any of your names have been banned, YOU are banned. Phone's don't make a difference.

I write incorrect on phone -.-
I don't have any ban 5 months ago on any character.

First reply:

Give me a time, a server name and a char name when you/he tried to connect, I'll check the logs when I get home.

Odds are he bought his key from cdkeyhouse or direct2play, two stores that sell their keys to multiple people.
Since all chars are bound to the keys and everyone who owns that key can access the account at any time we ban them to prevent item/char loss.

So he will need to purchase a new key from a trusted shop.
