Need More Info CRITICAL gameplay progression Cannot create non-imperial kingdom

Ive reach clan tier 4 and the box is still unchecked. So I can't create my non-imperial kingdom and with the girl it works but I don't want to be imperial.

Hi, do you have any mods installed? If yes, can you try disabling all mods and verifying your game files through Steam?
