Resolved !!!CRITICAL!!! All Dialog options broken, Game broken

When returning to complete a quest for Slowhand Genalf the Guard at the gate stopped me. This was my first time using the dailog options to try and convince someone to let me through and I did not understand it. Having made an error I choose to reload.

When I reloaded I was inside the city and went to Slowhand and there was an Error message and I could not select any options. (i screenshotted these but forgot to upload them after quitting the game and had to restart)

SO i reloaded a distance save file and went into a city and I could not select any dialog options in a different city.

I then made a new game and I can not select any options for the opening tutorial.

So i am unable to play the game at all now.

Verified Cache and I can select dialog options again but crash when entering the city

I had a similar problem, after a reload of a previous save (saved the game while being on the town contextual menu of Alision) the dialogue menu does not work, I'm on a "family Feud" quest, I went to Urios of Alision to solve the quest, but when he speaks to me I cannot do anything, the possible answers are here but nothing happens when I click them, so I cannot even leave the conversation, I have to exit to main menu and reload.
After doing that it was even worse, when I went to talk to him again there was no text at all on the dialogue interface (I just created my taleworlds account and I don't know how to upload screenshots).
I tried to reload several times, went into the village instead of directly going to Urios and talking to someone else first (worked fine) but still empty dialogue with Urios.
Then I relaunched the game, went into the village, talked with the guy accompanying me and supposed to pay the blood money, left the village, went back to the village directly to Urios, dialogue works again.
Weird bug.
