After 24 hours of gameplay in Mount & Blade Bannerlord it is easy to say that the game is playable but bugged, crippled and broken, and with looking at how quickly the fixes to the game are added i can clearly say that the devs shall do one thing that has been promised, the game shall go out of Early Access in about a month or two. Even with the state of the game i still love playing it and i have fun playing it and i truly recommend it for anyone, not even Mount & Blade fans.
With how things are looking currently it's kind of sad that we see such a state of the game even with the understanding that the game wasn't developed for 8 years because it was scrapped half way through.
Here is a list of bugs and issues that i've found in my gameplay and a reminder for the Taleworlds devs on the things that were promised, same as some ideas.

First things first is to look at the issues that are currently facing the game as i'm writing this post with the version of the game being 1.0.2e, the most outstanding issue that me and most of the people have been facing is how the game has been unoptimized, the game memory leaks are very noticable and especially during sieges when breaching the walls my game FPS rate has been falling for whatever reason to around 10 FPS and it became unplayable.
Bug Description: FPS drop occuring everytime the walls during siege battle are besieged
How To Reproduce The Bug: The NPC's or me are putting ladders on the walls, immiadiate FPS drop
How Often The Bug Occurs: the FPS drop occurs everytime you use siege items near the walls
Save Playtime(How long you've played that save/What day you're on): 24 hours of playthrough since starting the game on the version 1.0.0e, the save is new as i often create mutliple saves whilst playing

Computer Specs:
GPU: Geforce GTX 1070ti 8GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x 3.6 GHz
Ram: 16GB
Motherboard:
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK
Storage Device: Seagate FireCuda 2 TB 3.5" SATA III (ST2000DX002) (SSHD)
Operating System: Windows 10 Professional

But all the battles in open fields have been working quite well with meager FPS drops, but as i am talking about battles in open fields let's look at the mechanic issue and scripting issues of the AI and battle morale breaking. First off let's start with the AI which has acted sometimes even worse than in Warband, during battles they don't often use shields when so it's easy to kill them, they only ever shall maintain using shields and defending whilst facing and fighting against the player i have noticed, when fighting against other AI they usually don't and just try to kill the foes as fast as possible, other issue is the tournament AI which i have noticed by watching the AI fight one round for about 20 minutes whilst using lances on horses was that if a horse comes by and the horse approaches the AI they won't fight for whatever reason and they seem stuck, they shall usually go around in circles trying to find the enemy that is standing right beside them. As i've mentioned there is also an AI issue with morale breaking, currently in the game when fighting in an open field even against a greater force it shall take around just one charge or two with horses to completely break the enemy and make it run away which makes the game feel boring and easy. Another issue might be with balancing and attack mechanics especially when fighting in Bandit Lair's, the first problem is that you spawn there with around 5 of your other troops and it's easy to loose them, it would be very useful to see your army troops spawning after all your troops have fallen as i see no other logic than the difficulty of Bandit Lair raiding, while talking about i could mention that the desert bandit encampment's have bugged a lot, when raiding such an encampment in my game i've noticed that the AI doesn't respond to the actions of the player and a lot of times they won't notice the player walking in front of them other issue is that some enemies that are spawning near the fireplaces in the Desert Bandit Lair's will be stuck in place whilst sitting and will still be able to attack but won't be able to move.

Bug information:
Bug Description: Desert Bandit Lair NPC's Stuck in place, AI not reacting to the Player
How To Reproduce The Bug: I have no idea how to reproduce the bug as it started happening the moment i first raided Desert Bandit Lair's and has occured to me ever since
How Often The Bug Occurs: Everytime i raid a Desert Bandit Lair

Second issue in the subject of AI and NPC's is of course the issue of Forest Bandits, there is no big reward for fighting them really but it's really hard due to the bow spam that i saw many people complain about i have no idea on how to fix it and i give all the decisions about above mentioned problems to the developers of the game.

Now. This is only major bugs that i have occured that haven't been fixed yet. Let's move the subject to mechanic and gameplay improvements as well as ideas.
A few quick ideas from me, your big fan and fan of Mount and Blade games.
I wish as some of my friends also did that there would be an option to persuade bandits to give up if they are overwhelmed by numbers, maybe add persuasion checks to that.
The ability in Tactics section of the game whilst leading an army to be able to tell a specify type of your army to rush and attack a specified type of an enemy, such as order your cavalry to charge onto archers and make them follow those archers if they break.
Encampment making mechanic such as seen in Viking Conquest where you could establish your own clan village/outpost/settlement that you would be able to rule and maintain over, upgrade as well as put troops into.
Adding but balancing a loot skill maybe? Or increasing the amount of loot that would be dependant on the amount of troops killed, if it's already in there maybe increasing it somehow
Increasing the XP output for troops as it's really hard to level up normal farmers into even half decent troops.
Being able to take all the lords equipment after he's beheaded.
Adding skippable intros of the game.
When talking directly to an NPC from the city/village menu it would be a cool idea to lower the loading times by creating some background to talk to with the NPC or a location that would have much less things inside of it to lower the loading screens, also maybe adding an in-city talking menu with just letters no animations or look at the NPC that you're talking with.
Unlocking the weapons and armors that have been put behind Multiplayer wall, this shouldn't be the job of modders.
Add boat travel through the seas through port cities.
I'm gonna say this but adding more variety of items dependant on the culture the tournament takes place in would be a genius idea because the rewards seem repeatable and not very unique.
Abilities to ride horses in town. Yes, that is a thing.
Speech options to be able to talk with your wife and make different decisions.
The ability to choose when to make babies, because the player doesn't know if he is the father or not.
Being able to attack bandit lairs during day or an option to call the bandits to defend, to make them run towards the player.
It would be stupid to say basically that you should add "muh more quests" "more armors" "more weapons" but it is true, this game doesn't neccessarily always feel like Mount and Blade 2 but like a Viking Conquest remaster, the game is still lacking some of the promised mechanics and doesn't feel like a brand new game, I know that it's in a Early Access state but i'm looking forward to a large future improvement, that's why i'm writing this post. You can crealy see well now that even with Encyclopedia being a thing but being unnoticed by most players as it wasn't added to the Map Screen Menu (under "N") it's really hard to understand some of the mechanics that are already in the game, such as how do Workshop's work how do you increase the amount of gold output. Not every mechanic seems to be well described in-game and you have to look for a FAQ to learn some of the mechanics.
I shall also remind you that the livelihood of games was caused by the amount of work the modders have put into the game by creating original but also importing worlds and creations from other universes as well as created new and well versed mechanics and so i hope to see the promised Modding Tools after the game goes out of Early Access.

Thank you for reading and listening. Hope you have a great day.
