Creating formations in battle

it would be great if they could allow the character to organise his troops in a formation like in Cossacks.It would be greater if it was using the tactics skill

The Armagan, we really needs for a little tactics! is more or less the same suggestion. Dont think there is the need of several formation/tactic threads.
