Open Crazy Soundbug

Hello guys,

I have a distorted Soundbug in Napoleonic Wars. All Sounds are buggy. I already reinstalled the game and did cloud synchronisation on and off but nothing happend
All my Drivers are new Installed. I also tryed my other Headset but it couldnt help
