Crazy Hair Mod

No, I'm not tetched, just looking for something to do while I wait for the next updated version! I just thought I'd share my "bad hair day" personal mods with the general public. Usually my bad hair days have something like a neon color with other neon colors running through it, thus creating a very interesting effect (Xerina's getting pretty angry at me, as I have messed her up more times than not). If you are going to use this mod, I suggest making a backup texture file (if you don't already have one. I find it a good thing to be ready for any eventuality. My back-up saved me the other day when I downloaded a mod and imported it into my texture file without thinking.) I'll see how fast I can do it. Should be out in a day or two, the only reason for the length being that I am not a man of one game. I'm a mapper in just about any mappable game.
