Need More Info Crashing when trying to discuss with a noble to create kingdom

Summary: I have 20 days remaining on creating a kingdom quest. So I went to talk to the guy who helped make the banner. I had 4 options and 1 of those options were to discuss about things. That was the only option that kept making me crash. I updated my drivers through geforce and restarted my PC nothing worked. I also validated all the files through steam file validation and still nothing. Not sure what to do exactly.

OS: Windows 10 64bit
GPU: Gefroce RTX 3070
GPU Driver Version: 471.11
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core Processor
RAM: DDR4 16GB dual channel ram sticks (forgot name of them)
Motherboard: B550 AORUS ELITE
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB
