Crashing when taking any action

So this problem just popped up after finishing a rather large battle (approximately 700 combatants). After the battle, I saved my game and attempted to camp, but found that my game crashed instead. No assertion error, no freezing or anything like that, it just crashed to the desktop and windows said the program has stopped working.

I reloaded my game, and found that if I take any action (such as trying to move, camp or even wait) my game will crash. This is only affecting one of my save games(and naturally it's the one I spent the most time playing), as I can start new games or load any other old ones without a problem.

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium, Intel Core 2 Duo T5250, Nvidia Geforce 8400M GS

Sounds like the savegame is screwed. You could try sending it in to Daegoth on the off chance it's something internal to the game causing corruption.
