crashing when loading?

i have been playing for about a month now, and i haven't really had any problems with this game. about last week, i was just awarded Reni castle. when i put sertain troops in, the screen goes black, and i get a message that says: "Mount and Blade has stoped working. Windows is looking for the problem." i had just stopped putting in sertain troops (i had over 100 in already). now when i try to load, the screen goes blackand i get the message. anyone know what i can do?

okay. thanks. i read through some of the fourms but i can't find the time to look through all of them.
