Need More Info Crashing when it starts

Summary:I bought it from steam long time ago. I was playing just fine. Then one day when i tried to press start from steam it crashed. It says that the application faced a problem and it need to collect some files. But it doesnt collect anything. I have verified the files from steam many times and also deleted the game and reinstalled it again and again. Can someone please help me???

The problem is that i press yes and it just closes. There is no window that searches the files
