In Progress Crashing on world map

Summary: While traversing world map the game crashes. No real rhyme or reason from what I can tell. Crashes typically happen after 2 or 3 minutes, however after completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game I was able to play for about 30 minutes worth of in-game map traversal before the crashing after 2 or 3 minutes resumed.
How to Reproduce: Just traversing the map.
