Need More Info Crashing in battles only

Upon going into any battles or attacking castles the game crashes shorty into battle. With or without heavy fps moments.

Running msi gtx 2060. Ryzen 5 2600 on a asus b350 motherboard and 16gb drr4 ram. Maximum battle size set to only 300 max.

Upon the crashes for a castle attack it asked me to reset in safe mode which worked for one battle. Upon activating cheats again it crashed right after.
