In Progress Crashing during startup load screen

Summary: Crashing during startup load screen on versions 1.7.0 , 1.7.1, 1.7.2 (on 1.8.0 work fine)
How to Reproduce: Start game on version 1.7.*

OS: Windows 11
GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620
CPU:Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U
RAM: 8 GB
Motherboard: Inspiron 3580
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): HDD
I tried to reinstall the game, deleting all files, including those in ProgramData and Documents. Tried delete the folder Mount & Blade: Bannerlord/bin than verify files in Steam, but all above doesn't help

Hey, the window given for the players to opt their old saved game files (before v1.7.0) to new versions ended after the release of v1.8.1. Unfortunately, the save files with older versions are irreversably gone. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unrelated to old saves, I'm attempting to run a clean install at 1.70, I have tried every single troubleshooting step, up to and including 3 separate reinstalls of the game with no remaining files on the PC and Steam cloud save sync disabled. I am also unable to send crash reports even after letting every single bannerlord exe through my firewall.
