Summary: Crashed after loading save, 1 minutes into game no matter what i do

GPU Driver Version: updated to latest version
CPU: Intel Core I5-8400

The save i'm playing is in 1.6.3, using mods but everything was working fine. After updated to 1.6.4 and updated some mods to their new compatible version, the game usually crashed unexpectedly after some time, only when in combat everything is still fine. But when my character getting close to giving birth (I presumed this is the cause), the game just crashed after a specific time (like 1 minute or less) no matter what I do. I tried turned on and off mods and using only vanilla but still nothing worked. I already tried deleting files in document and progame data folder and even a clean install but the result is still the same. The only thing left I still haven't tried is to start a new game.
