Resolved crashed after pressing play on launcher

Summary: i haven’t been able to play it at all, i bought it yesterday on steam and every time i press play on the launcher i get a black screen and get the crash report message
Have you used cheats and if so which: no
Computer Specs:
OS: windows 10
GPU: nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti
GPU Driver Version:
CPU: intel pentium cpu g3258 3.20ghz

i’ve gone through the checklist multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled cleanly, even tried multiple versions on steam and it still isn’t working.

i’ve had it refunded on steam now since i’ve had no help from anyone here, so thanks for nothing guys.
