Crash when choosing gender, starting new modded games...

as the title said as soon as i install a mod it seems to prevent me from starting a new game. I get an error message along the lines of 'unrecognised paramater 10005@ or somthing similar and the game crashes. Ive had this with all mods i tried. thinking maybe my install is messed up? Though i think i reinstalled to see if it would help and it didnt. Anywas any help appreciated, kinda stuck right now

have you tried redownloading the game? perhaps your install file is bad....

Welcome to the forums, Tomozzy.

I haven't run a single mod since the last update, so have no clue how to install them if they are using the python module system.

What mods were they?

I tried several, i really dont know the history of game versions so i may have installed the mods wrong - the latest mag7 and 100years war. I have a couple of sound mods working fine and im sure they arent whats causing the problems. I installed by placing the modules in the mod files into the modules folder in my m&b folder. This is what the readmes suggest so i have no idea whats up

Yes, you should try. And are you sure to run the version 0.704 ?
