Resolved Crash upon start-up (1.5.9)

Summary: After updating to the 1.5.9 Beta the game crashes after the launcher opens. I originally had mods, but removed them and verified files to ensure it wasn't related to them.
How to Reproduce: Launch game, wait/click any button on the launcher.

OS: Windows 10 Pro.
GPU: ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2060 OC
GPU Driver Version: 461.72 (Most recent).
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 (x2)
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X570-P
Storage Device (HDD/SSD):
Corsair MP510 M.2 SSD.
Samsung 860 EVO 4TB SSD.

I am having the same issue even after rolling back to 1.5.8 and i can't even get the game to run or start the crash bug reporter.

Is this hidden folder empty? C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\crashes
