Need More Info Crash upon attempting to become Vassal (any kingdom)

Summary: I cannot become a vassal of a lord in the game as whenever I try to it crashes. It does not matter which lord it is as long as they are in a member of an Imperial faction. I have a suspicion that it would also crash if I tried to form my own kingdom as well.
How to Reproduce: Try and become a vassal of any lord in the Empire
Have you used cheats and if so which: No
