Resolved crash report when opening the game

Summary:When i open the game it says it crashes. I do upload the files that it says and the i press "send". Then it doesnt send anything. I played this game a lot and then one day this happened

yes it says "unable to initialize steam API" I press "ok" and then it says "would you like to enable safe mode?" either i press yes or no it still crashes

Hm, do you close steam before trying to launch directly? Trying one particular executable or all of them?

I'm having the same issue tried all the work arounds re-installed checked all the .net stuff deleted the files suggested and have done multiple verify files. swapped the beta to none, tried all of the .exe work arounds. This is something to do with the latest update it has run fine previously
