Need More Info Crash on Startup

Summary: I've redownloaded bannerlord and on startup it tells me that "the aplication has ran into a problem" and if i would like to "add the necessary files" ive ran into this problem before the last time i had played it but somehow managed to fix it.( i believe it was fixed by changing the load order in the launcher to sort out dependencies) but trying to fix it in the same way this time hasnt proved to work. Although this time around it wont let me change the load order of the native files i.e native, sandboxcore, sandbox etc, and i believe this is my main issue. ive re-installed it several times and verified it multiple times too just to check that ive got all the files.

Multiplayer works which has made me more confused

How to Reproduce:
1. hit play on steam
2. hit play on singleplayer
3. wait 30seconds for the message to pop up
4. game crashes
