have you tried to uninstall then reinstall?
i once had this issue and it wasn't fixed with verifying the integrity of game files.

I saw that someone had the same issue as you, and that player resolved it by updating the BIOS firmware. Would you like to give that a try?

I have the same issue with my HP Victus 16. When I was setting up the laptop, the BIOS updated via Windows Update. I updated the GPU drivers to version 560.94, so I’m clear in both cases. I already reached out to you, but the problem persists. I had no luck. Even the new Nvidia App does not recognize the game in the games tab. I’m pretty desperate for a major update right now. Waiting for your call.

i did this at least 3 times. i shouldn't have to jump through hoops to play a game. especially one I already have hundreds of hours playing. They broke something, and instead of quickly fixing the issue, they have been dragging their feet.
