Resolved Crash On Launch, Vanilla 1.6.4

Summary:
Crashes on startup, have option to get crash log but does not bring up CrashUploader Screen to get the identifier. The game will successfully launch to Main Menu if done so via Bannerlord.exe, however any current use of the Launcher/Steam will result in crashes. If I wanted to play vanilla it would not be as much an issue, however, I am confident in my mod setup that it is stable but I am unable to enable them this way.

I have conducted at least 5 clean installs of Bannerlord by deleting all relevant files, as well as verifying the integrity of the cache. I cannot launch the game, either in 1.6.4, 1.6.5 Beta, or any previous versions of the game.

Verify integrity of steam cache, for whatever reason there were a few extra unnecessary files in my directory, and a few missing.
