Crash during sea battle (part of story mode)

It's really awful when you cannot complete the step of the main quest. I have the lowest possible settings, but my game is crashing every time I'm trying to start this battle. This scnene shouldn't take a lot of ram, because it's only a ship battle. How much men do this scene have? If more than 300, it's really bad.

Here's the screenshot of menu that's appeared before jumping to scene:

My computer isn't good, but it allowed me to play more than 250 days of this DLC, having 250+ man battles, so I think this scene shouldn't causing crashes.
Is there any way to avoid crash?

EDIT

I forgot to say that I have 32 bit operating system with 4 gb ram, but only 2,75 available. Should I increase maximal amount of ram in msconfig?

I'd say its definitely your PC. I've got a i5 @3.6 Ghz, 16 GB Ram and a GTX 760 TI instaleld and the sea battle still dropped my FPS down to around 15. Much worse than the bigger battles I had so far with 750 troops on the field on land.
I don't know why, but for some reason the sea battles need a lot more power than land battles.

It's not the sea battle like others, it's the storyline sea battle. Others are working well in my pc.

If you can increase memory, this will help. Like Faenwulf said, Sea battles need stronger Pcs.

You can try to play this battle with music, blood and cheats off, this should save some fps

Maybe you can play with:
texture_detail = 50 (10 is terrible, no? You can try 50 and see if it drops fps)
max_framerate = 120
show_framerate = 1 (you want to see fps, no?)
force_single_threading = 1
