Crash during cutscene

Apologies if this has already been brought up, but I can't find any mention of it in this forum.

I'm heading north to deliver a letter to someone and a cutscene starts where I have to help some bandits fight off a troll. I kill the troll, and the game kind of jerks like it's going into a cutscene and I get a CTD.

Is this a common issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

i have crashes during cutscenes sometimes to if I save just before exit restart load then go through the cutscene as fast as possibly (Speeding through the dialogue) it usually works.

It's a random error that seems to occur to everyone every once in a while. Just open your game, load the last save and go through the cutscene again, until it works. Be sure not to quicksave during the cutscene, that's trouble.
