Resolved Crash - Deserter extortion at Spotia

I know this has been submitted (different village) but I have some data as I tried various things. I actually go the quest to fail once when I went near the deserters but didn't click on them (just moved around them). Once they got too far away from the village it failed. The times it crashed, I was either going near them or in the direction where they were. One time I just kept waiting in the village for over a day. When I went to talk to the Ecsorios of Spotia, his text box had this: ERROR: COMMENT_STRING variable has not been set before.

On two of the crashed I did the auto-submit of logs. Not sure where those go...

I am happy to report that with the e1.0.2 patch this appears to be fixed! I loaded one of my bugged saves and was able to complete the quest! Great job!
