Closed Crash any time I try to walk around Sargot's streets

Summary: Any time I attempt to go to Sargot and select the option that lets you walk around the town, my game crashes and my display driver has issues.
How to Reproduce: Start a new game, go to Sargot, attempt to walk around town. The game crashes afterwards.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No, it happens even on a fresh save file.

Apparently the Current AMD driver has a bug, you have to roll back to the previous version.

There's plenty of posts regarding this, just search.

Plus, old Shaders can cause this, make sure all old shaders are deleted ten reinstall.

I just deleted the old Shaders and it didn't seem to help, causing the same crash and error.

How would I go about rolling back my drivers? Is it the 2024 version of the AMD graphic drivers that are causing the issue?

I am literally unable to play the game because if I go into Sargot the game will crash my computer.
