Crash after talking with npc

So I have tried this twice and re validated my steam files after the first time it crashed but when i talk to Liena and either finish the "flirting" part or ask her hand in marriage it crashes when I am done talking to her. Hopefully this made sense and if you would like some video footage of it just tell me. Thanks. Edit:It happens whenever I offer my hand in marriage now.

So I just tried it again and this time it didn't crash the only difference was that I wasn't in there army when I said it.
