In Progress Crash after siege victory, right after selecting loot and hitting done to move on. No Mods

Every time I siege a town, the game crashes. Specifically after the siege when finalizing loot and hitting done. I've tried starting from an earlier save, but no matter which town I siege, I still crash. I do not have any mods installed

I have verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it is still happening. I have 477 hours total played - really love this game and would like it back. Please help!
