Resolved crafting charcoal perk

in the smithing line the first perk called, "efficient charcoal maker" allows a choice of extra iron ore, or charcoal when refining, the charcoal side says use 2 wood to get 3 coal, but it actually ends up asking for 3 wood to make 2 coal. please resolve whichever is corrrect and change it so the description and actual, line up.
