Courtship Question

So, after doing some research of the available Swadia Ladies, I decided Lady Tibal would be the best one to court.

At this point I was already decently high up within Swadia, so I decided just to ask Count Clais since I couldn't find Tibal anywhere. 

When I asked him "What would it take to cement a lasting alliance with your house" and then followed by "May I once again suggest that I be considered as a groom" he said I had permission to see her and he would see how things went (or something like that).

However, when I go to Dhirim (which is where everyone says she is) there is no option to visit with her. And when I go back to Count Clais, the "What would it take to cement a lasting alliance with your house" option is gone from the options...

So I figured I would catch Lady Tibal at a feast at some point, but Count Clais NEVER goes to feasts, and there hasn't been a tournament (with a feast) at Dhirim in a very very long time.

So, is there any way I am going to be able to even find her?

Have you tried asking the lords where she is?  Sometime you can visit them at a castle, if you have permission.

Just wanted to ask: Is there a solution for this one yet? I stumbled across the same problem.
As an alternative: Is there a way to edit the savegame, cheat or what-so-ever to either get that "What does it take to cement" thingy back in the dialog options or to activate the "Meet Lady" option?
