Couple of questions from a BW noob (Loot from kings, party sizes etc)

First of all, great, great mod! Definitely en par with my all-time favourite, Europa Barbarorum. And thats the biggest praise I can give

1. Did anyone manage to get some good loot from Kings/Lords? I´ve had a couple of battle against parties led by kings but never got anything
  special (besides two lame paraveredi ). AFAIK the king of suth seaxe has a named sword (Wyrfed? Dyrfed?) and I defeated him 
  twice but no luck. The wolf lorica with the round scales (or the silver scale armour) some lords have would be nice, too

2. Is there a way to change the party size bonus kings get? I´m playing with halfed troop sizes for lords (~150 - 200 max) but some kings still
    have 700 or more men. And I´d also like to change the max amount of soldiers for cities/castles.
    Could a kind soul point me in the right direction?

3. From time to time kingdoms have trade agreements. But I´ve never seen the option for one in my diplomacy dialogue. Are there special
  conditions for that?

The wolf lorica is relatively easy to get from competitions, or maybe I have just been running on good luck

does anyone know if its YOUR tournement, can you win it and get one of the cool prizes?
I believe trade agreements are truces, too so you might need to be at war first. At least they used to be that way. way back when
