Couldn't load textures/surcoat_orn_27_s.dds

Just started the game and this pops. Any ideeas how to fix?

Also I can't tab out of the merchants house

It's currently in my texture folder for 3.7063, so it must have not downloaded in yours. Try seeing if it's in your texture directory folder.

Please report stuff like this in the bug thread please.

Ninja Edit: You have to talk to the merchant first and agree/disagree to his quest.
