could use a hand - attempt reregister message on mod

Ok, got home on sunday and have been working flat out on a new mod ever since.
Tried to load and got message

attempt reregister object - blah-

did some searching, went back and cleaned up my module_info.txt, there are now no duplicate lines.

next attempt to load:

attempt reregister woolen dress.

guh!

What other than duplicate lines in module_info.txt causes this, and does anyone know how to fix it?

all it is is that you have two meshes, materials or texture referances that are the same. Find one and delete it.
