you can try, but it wont let you. This is not a new application. This is just adding new applicants to the old pool. Your still in the running.

I dunno, it may reject you automatically because of signing up twice. Im pretty sure Daegoth said to sign up with the new address and send him a PM to transfer your serial from the first application to the second.

Yes, the conformation email. Unless you're on a Yahoo email, which automatically blocks it, resulting in you being screwed.

I was able to apply this second time around with my gmail address (getting the confirmation email), even though the first time I applied with my yahoo and got screwed.

Maybe they reset it.

Yes i did this, i'm fairly sure i didn't even GET an email stating that i was in the beta.
