though I have to admit, if it was a joke, you got me I dropped everything and rushed to steam

its not listed as a new patch, but rather as a beta. In steam, right click on bannerlord, navigate to properties, and then navigate to the betas tab in the properties window

Can anyone run a save/reload test on 1.0.4? Cant wait to see if it really works or not.

I have successfully saved and reloaded 10 times since updating, all worked. Saves also appear to be loading quicker.

Say what you want about the bugs this game has, but the devs are certainly faster at fixing bugs than those of many other early access games I've played

Ohhh, boyos, it's working! I tried 5 save/load cycles from previosly corrupted save - and it is working like a charm. So far so good then.

EDIT: I've also noticed that saves are loading a bit faster.

My 36 hours of campaign seems to be saved. Just now I've successfuly loaded couple of my previously crushing gamesaves.
