people take too much advantage of the fact that, in game, nobody is gonna kick their ass. irl if you taunt your opponent after having scored a goal in a football match, you'd probably lose a leg sooner or later due to unfortunate tackling. that is why people behave more morally irl.

Yeah but ingame there are many more dirty taunters than irl, it is not like if you could compare e-sports with real sports on the same basis.

Just start playing CIV5 online with random people, not only will they spam you with gamey attacks, but they will also insult you doing so. "you noob ololol i just nuked your sister, fck fck fck". You dont see that very often in irl-sports.
