Yeah it just pisses me off when they rip off a game like this, why don't they go copy something like age of empires instead which is long gone?

My guess is they just searched for images they think would coincide with their game, probably didn't mean any harm and just liked some of Taleworlds awesome art-work.

I see your cynicism is lacking; we should clearly take these guys to court. Think of the free travel and food.

Not even necessarily Taleworlds artwork. That's Ganbat Badhamkand's work and they might simply not have known TW uses it. (Mind you, that only means they didn't ask Ganbat's permission. )
