Copyright infringement

Is it considered Copyright infringement if i put some models, textures such as hair, facial hair from WFAS, into Warband, because i am bad at modelling, and WFAS has some models, textures that i intend to use in my mod, i could have used the WFAS for making a mod, but there is no marriage option, and a code for that is hard to make.

Yes, it is considered copy right infringement - the devs made a statement about it, when Monnikje inquired about the model of a cathredal.
