Resolved Convinced lords keep triggering dialogues

Summary: When you succeed in convincing a lord to change sides when he was about to attack you, you get stuck in a loop when the lord keeps talking to you everytime you try to move away on the map.

How to Reproduce: While being king of your own kingdom, meet with an enemy lord that wants to battle with you, convince him to change sides before the battle starts. When you're back on the map, try to move away, it triggers a meeting with the same lord. Quit the dialogue, try to move, meeting triggers again and again.

Some details: Successfuly reproduced 3 times. You can escape the infinite loop by creating an army and inviting said lord.

My game is super unstable, now because of it, I can't make it past a day without it crashing. I am guessing you are lucky.
