Conversion & prosperity issue.

Conversion

So I tried to research the conversion rate/mechanism, however the only post I could find was this one https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?topic=323134.0 and it is 2 years old. JuJu70 talks about tweaking/changing the mechanism and even adding a force conversion option. However the information ends there.

So my question is pretty simple. "How does this work?"

Right now I have 2 cities, 1 castle and 1 village that are christian. I'm trying to play the pagan way however.
For example: My village does not tolerate pagans. I build a shrine to convert them to the pagan ways. The relation was -30 after I started building the shrine.
By doing missions etc. I brought it back up to around 5. Now weeks later they still intolerate pagans and my relation has dropped down to -35 (they haven't been raided once). Next to this I have every single upgrade in the village. Is my relation dropping because I'm pagan? What can I expect from the conversion rate? (years, weeks)
Basically all 4 fiefs are dropping relations like crazy.

Prosperity

The christian castle has all the upgrades possible. I get a note every now and then that the brewery adds prosperity to the castle. However it's been poor/neglected for weeks and it doesn't change. It hasn't been sieged or anything else. What are possible reasons the prosperity won't go up? My other fiefs are going up as I'm used to after upgrading.

Hi Kalarhan,

Thanks for the reply. I will make a post there as well.
The thing is I don't know if it's bugged or not since I have no idea how especially the conversion works.

if you click the link you will see I already answered you there.

game mechanics are usually hidden (the numbers) by design, only a few of them are discussed on guides/tutorials/Q&A thread.

you can however learn the inner working of the game by downloading the source code. That will require some study on how modding works, but all game features are open to analyse if you do that.

Cheers
