In the Japanese Bannerlord community, Khergit and Khuzait usually called ケルギト(Kerugito) and フーザイト(Fūzaito), respectively.
This localization became common by Dev Blog 09/11/17.
In my opinion, more natural transliteration from foreign language to Japanese is Khergit is ケルギト and Khuzait is クーザイト(Kūzaito) or クーゼイト(Kūzeito).
