Resolved Conversation Loop Bug - Game Will Not Progress

How to Reproduce: Caught Ingalther at Charas while he was aligned with the Vlandian's. I engaged him in conversation to attempt to sway him to my side. One failure, one success, a failure, and a critical success lead him to join me. Now I can't move or go into the city or leave without him literally instantaneously engaging me saying "Looks like you're caught and I'm glad I'm the one who caught you." Then I have the dialogue options to say: "There is something I'd like to discuss" which leads me to suggest a proposal that doesn't do anything. "I have a quick question" which leads nowhere, and "I must leave now" to which he responds with "Yes your highness" acknowledging I'm his current lord.
